“FALL OUT BOY AUDITIONS” yeah I’m right Fob’s auditions but for what? I didn’t have idea I was so… I don’t know! But I was ashamed to ask! You know I love English, I know it actually but it is harder to talk than to write but I started a little conversation…

“Hey! What’s your name?”i said.

"I’m Karla and you?"

“My name is Aura; I’m from Mexico…hey what this row is for?”

"They said that is for being in stage with Pete for the nominees for the best group award and a little sketch, that why they are auditions!"

“Oh my God! Really? But I’m not very tall for being in stage with him and I   don’t even talk English very well!”

"You what? You’re awesome …I would never be able to recognize you are Mexican though…"

“Thanks; but yeah…”

“…And Pete is too way short and you have lots of chances!”

“Oh yeah I think he is he is adorable too… I love him! Let’s wait!”

We continued talking a little bit of me and a little bit of her but suddenly

“You’re next!” the guy in the front of the row told Karla. She was totally crazy, she stared shaking but I said…

“Good luck Karla! Do your best!”

She answered to me so excited and I was about to scream!

After a few minutes she went out crying and told me

“I did my best, of course I think they need someone else; you’ll do it, see you on TV Aura”

“Thank you!!!” and I passed to the *stage*.

I heard a slow but known voice…

“Come in please” in a while I was stand up in front of Patrick Stump, Andrew Hurley and Joseph Trohman!

“What’s your name girl? Andy asked in a very friendly way.

“Aura my name is Aura, Magaña”

“And you are from…”

“Mexico!” I almost shouted…

After telling that Joe was whispering to Andy and then Andy to Patrick and finally our adorable Patrick told me…

“You’re the one we need”

“I am? even I’m Mexican, I mean it doesn’t matter?"

And Joe said “Of course not, the funny thing is that we were looking for some Latinas!! (in that silly but funny way of trying to speak Spanish).They are awesome and Pete said he needed someone like you, he said "Make it a latin girl please", that's why your the one!"

“That’s just awesome! I can’t believe it, I’m so…excited and what I have to do?"

“You must enter in that door and then turn right continue until the wall and turn left then you’ll find some Fall Out Boy door, you have to tell Pete that you are the one” Andy told me "see you later A…Ahh.”

“Aura!” and I started to run.

Chapter 3

   [Finally August 19, leaving from my house] “I am so excited mom!” ill go to United States! Hey mom do you remember you told me that I could meet one of my friends there? I’ll do!

“What? But when? We have too much plans! A lot of places to go…” and dad said “in the hotel you can tell them you can’t see them, they would understand…”

“Starbucks, we can go to some Starbucks or some coffee place, please I only beg you for 2 hours! We will be there for a week!”

“….Ok….only because we had never gone to the United States…”

“Thank you!”

   [In the Airport]”Oh my God…I am so nervous “Calm down“Monste told me,”Only relax!”

We took a coffee, so we didn’t get nervous… [I think coffee makes you more nervous, but I like it *lol*] and some cinnamon rolls, they we delicious…

Then they called us to the hall, all my family was in there, it was freaking awesome! Then we went into the airplane.

   [About to arrive]I was listening to Dead on Arrival, I got scared haha, no really I felt some butterflies in my belly, and I couldn’t stand it! But I put on my belt and heard more and more music so I didn’t cry…

   [Hello Florida!] It was sunny, cool, and Miami! We were on Miami! We looked such as Mexican tourists…so amazed like…a lot! (sorry but in real life I don’t know how is Miami…poor me!)

   [Hotel] Everything was so cool… but I told Dad “Let’s go to the beach!”

We did… after two days I said…oh my friends! So I called them and guess were did we go? Starbucks with Anna (wife!),Ashley and Sammy.

We talked about everything, I was amazed with them they were amazed with me…it was awesome. After like a pair of hours we finally went the hotel, I said bye! They too… let me remind you guys it was Cool!

   [Finnaly but annoying at the same time...The Vmas day] It has come, the day my cousin and I were expecting a long time, we wouldn’t enter, we were so pissed off and depressed, it sucked. The good about this was we were making a last tour in the city and we were passing just back the “Hall” (I don’t know how it is called) and…

                           THE CAR GOT STUCK BECAUSE A WHEEL!!!

I was about to shout “Oh Dios mio!”(OMG!) But Gina was asleep so I couldn’t wake her and I told mom and dad “Can I go to see if I can see something please, there must be people backstage of something please let me go”

Mom told me ”Ok…but you have to come back…we will be here for a looooong time” and Dad said “if you can pass…call us ok?"

“Yeah!” and I run across the street and I saw a big I mean a huge line so I put my butt there…”I hope this is ok…I hope it is”

Chapter 2

   [May 2007, having our Visa (why we need a fucking visa to go only a country up? and we need 3 months till wee have it!)…and passports too]

“Hey family, we are going to arrive the 20 no?” "Yeah! We will, and we will leave in August 27” said Benjamin and Monste (Gina’s sister) replied “in what hotel we are going to stay?”

“We don’t know!” told my aunty “know we have our visas and passports wait a while no?” and everyone said ”Ok!”

   [Arriving to my house] I turned on the computer, and made everything like always…Buzznet, MySpace, You Tube…and I was checking all my notes and one said

Theendinofurlife: “Oye aura dice mi mama que no nos van a dejar entrar si no llevamos a un adulto adentro de los Vmas…q hacemos?”

(Hey aura, mi mom told me that they won’t let us go inside the Vmas if we don’t go with an adult…what can we do?)

I replied instantly to her…and I only found one answer…one of our parent should go with us…there wasn’t any other form…I went to talk with mi mom and she told me ”Sure I would go with you girls but I’m the only one who know the city, they need me they would get lost if I’m not with them; ask your dad”

The same with dad he was like oh aura I can’t if I make the reservations, I won’t and I don’t like that stuff but you can ask…he really didn’t want to go.

Gina and I asked everyone in the dammed family and anyone wanted to go with us “This is awful, now we won’t go!” Gina said “And now what?” I was in a big day dream with the Vmas and in a second I was like…”Lets ask someone in internet!”

"Estas loca?!!!" (Are you crazy?!!!)" Gina told me ”Insane! That’s the word, you can’t go in buzz and ask “hey someone can go to the Vmas with me…I am not 21“and they will tell you, “of course sheewentxsucker13 well go with you!” they don’t even know your name!”

“Ok I won’t is just…it would be fun get to know one of them, they rock!” I told in a big breath… ”But no you wont!” Gina told me and the she went home.

The last thing that made this awful was that we didn’t get the fucking tickets! I was about to cry, Gina was too….my parents told us “Don’t worry, we can pass there, you’ll see something”

I had been waiting a long time trying to get tickets, but I loose. I felt so sad but then I told to myself “If I am in Miami, I will do whatever it takes to meet Pete Wentz or Fall Out Boy, and I will do it!

(Taking a deep breath...) [*Kiss*] Chapter 1

   [Once upon a time…]Everything started last night, I was in my Tia (aunt) Silvia’s house having a really delicious dinner when my mom said “Hey everyone! Silvia and I are making some plans…were going to Florida!”

I felt wordless, by the time all my cousins (Alejandra, Mildred and Benjamin) and my brother (Joaquin) were super excited, I was thinking like for 2 minutes (Hey! I think the Vmas 2007 are going to be there…but…I am going to the USA!)

A week later they told the rest of the family, and my other cousin (Gina) [you can add her: theendinofurlife] and I were investigating everything about Vmas 07…

   [On Internet, My cousin’s house] “Mtv’s Vmas 2007….wait for them in Miami, August 24” and Gina told me “Awesome, we can go! And Fall Out Boy’s video has to be in Video of the Year moon-man! , go we must!” She was telling and inmediatly  I run to ask my mom ”When are we going to go?” “Oh we don’t know…we think the best opportunity to go is between August and September… everything is cheaper and not too much people, if you want you can see some of your “Internet friends” in there…why?” Gina was telling the same to her mother and I said ”The Vmas, mom”

Dad arrived and mom as always ”Alejandro, Aura wants to see the Vmas in Miami…”he told ok well go…but where and how, I mean how are you guys going to get those tickets? “On Internet” I said, and my parents told everyone in the family this case and we started to listen a big Ahh? No!

Gina was almost crying and I was like: no please no…let us go…we are good girls…or not?

Tio Jorge went with us and said ”you’ll go but we will stay in the hotel alright?” He was like wispering to my dad and then they said "ok girls, you'll go"

Yeah! Thanks! We love you all family! Oh My God!!! We will see celebrities, no wait…

As a journal i have to write kinda a journal! so here its my day(09/25/06)

I woke up(6:00 am)so i was very very sleeeeeeeeeeeeeepy!

Then i did everything a girl makes in ythe mornings(except takin a shower)(its very cold in here)

Went school as and ordinary day(mondays just suck)and saw my friends(clayudia you ow me some Doritos)

For my luckness i leaved school at 12 so i got online and you probably had seen an add.....well and after that my brother arrived home (he left at 2:30 ...yeah_!)
